Non Profit/Education/Youth Organization Participation Opportunities

Colorado Sport Aviation has assembled this outline in order to offer the widest variety of opportunities for local non-profit, youth-oriented and educational organizations while maintaining a level playing field for all. There are a number of ways to showcase your organization, varying from a fee based system to a fundraising opportunity, depending on what best fits your model. This list represents the beginning of the conversation. Please contact us for more details regarding your particular situation.

CSA Event Sponsorship. This model presents a qualifying organization the opportunity to purchase a prime location at the event for a discounted price. Securing maximum exposure for a group with limited staffing and space needs is simple and efficient.
CSA Staffing Support. Organizations that have access to surplus staffing may find this opportunity very appealing. Premium locations are available at the event in exchange for volunteer support of specific operational tasks. The tasks available vary in age/skill set/physical ability and are assigned accordingly to match your resources and mission statement.
Group Area Assignments. These opportunities are offered on a first come, first served basis. CSA will match specific task requirements to an appropriate work force. Upon approval, a qualifying organization takes on the management, staffing and support for an entire department at the event in exchange for a cash donation* to their group upon completion. The following chart illustrates which areas are available in 2010 and our current estimate of times and staffing numbers. Donation values will be determined through the application process.
