General Admission Tickets:General Admission provides access to all areas of the event and event vendors, except the Flight Line Chalet and the VIP seating areas. You may view the airshow from open areas on the ramp and along the flight line and are encouraged to bring your own lawn chairs for comfort during the show. General Admission Flightline Seating Upgrade - As an additional convenience, we will be offering only 500 seats (folding chairs - not bleachers) in a fenced in area right on the flight line. This will allow you to avoid bringing chairs and hunting for a great location. Seating is limited each day and will be offered as an ADD-ON to your general admission ticket. Children 5 and under are allowed to accompany an adult who has purchased a Flightline Upgrade Seat into the area and sit on a lap or the ground at no charge, however, they will not be guaranteed a chair unless a VIP Upgrade Ticket is purchased for that child.
NOTE: Flightline Seating Upgrades are not available until June 1 when we switch over to our standard online discount ticket sales. Seating is limited to 500 seats per day. While General Admission tickets are good for one day/any day admission, the VIP seating upgrades are sold specifically for each day due to the limited capacity of the area. We anticipate this area to sell out by the opening of the event.
VIP Chalet Tickets:
When you purchase a VIP Chalet Ticket, in addition to General Admission, you also receive access to the Flight Line Chalet, which includes additional services and amenities. Purchase your tickets in advance to avoid lines at the Box Office and guarantee availability. ***Note- New for 2012, we are reducing the number of attendees each day to 500 and making the VIP Chalet available to the public for the Friday Night Air Show & Fireworks to better meet the needs of our VIP guests. Additionally, we are adding Portable Bathroom trailer facilities instead of portolets. We anticipate this area to sell out by the opening of the event.*** Services and Amenities include:
One concern we heard from 2011 was that photographers were lingering in the front of the chalet area blocking visibility for the rest of us. This year we are offering a separate Photographer's Pit Pass to accommodate the photography enthusiast. If that's you, please read about that special area below. This access is an add-on to both General Admission and Chalet tickets. While photography will be allowed in the VIP Chalet, we kindly ask that all patrons be courteous and allow everyone their turn at the rope and chance for an unobstructed view. Thank You! Photographer's Pit Pass - If you're intersted in staking your claim on a piece of real estate that's going to give you the best view of the performers all day, this is for you. Located adjacent to the Announcer's Stand, you'll be front and center to get that golden shot. Access is limited to 100 persons each day on a first come-first served basis. Tickets on sale beginning June 1. Attendee Photography Waiver: By purchasing tickets and entering this public event, you authorize Colorado Sport Aviation, Inc. to use photographs of yourself, minors in attendance with you, and or your property and authorize them and their assignees, licensees, legal representatives and transferees to use and publish (with or without your name, company name, or with a fictitious name) photographs, pictures, portraits, images or video herein described in any and all forms and media and in all manners including composite images or distorted representations for the purposes of publicity, illustration, commercial art, advertising, publishing (including publishing in electronic form on CDs, DVDs or internet websites), for any product or services or other lawful uses as may be determined by Colorado Sport Aviation, Inc. and their assignees, licensees, legal representatives and transferees. You further waive any and all rights to review or approve any uses of the images, any written copy or any finished product. You further waive any and all rights to seek compensation in any form for the use of photographs, pictures, portraits, images or video in any and all forms. You acknowledge that you fully understand and accept the terms of this release.  |
