Outside Exhibit Space
A Row - $500.00
Spaces are 40’ x 40’ and are on tarmac. The exhibit space comes with a 10 x 10 tent, 1- 8’ table, 2- chairs, a table linen, and electricity to run a computer and 8 exhibitor passes for the weekend. The space also has unlimited use of the hot ramp during non-air show times. The space does not have tie downs, but in the event of wind, your plane may be pushed into the grass and anchored there.

B Row - $400.00
Spaces are 40’ x 40’ and are on tarmac. The exhibit space comes with a 10 x 10 tent, 1- 8’ table, 2- chairs, a table linen, and 8 exhibitor passes for the weekend. The space has a limit of 2 hot ramp uses during non-air show times. The space does not have tie downs, but in the event of wind, your plane may be pushed into the grass and anchored there.

Indoor Exhibit Space
Indoor Exhibitor - $350
Spaces are in a 30 x 50 tent and are 10’ x 10’. The exhibit space comes with 1-8’ table, 2- chairs, a table linen, and 8 exhibitor passes for the weekend. Pipe and drape divide the spaces.

All exhibit spaces will be required to open by 9 am and close no earlier than at 4 pm both Saturday and Sunday. Set up will be on Friday August 27th from 8 am to 5 pm with vehicle access to the ramp at this time. After Friday August 27th set up, there will be NO VEHICLE ACCESS to the ramp until Sunday at 5pm.
